Mackie Construction Ladies Pro Championship

9:20 AM off of No. 10
Fernanda Lira Solis (Mexico City, Mexico) returns for her second season on the WAPT.  This will be Liar Solis’s 10th WAPT start.  In her first full season on tour Lira Solis finished 4th on the WAPT money list.  She made 7 of 8 cuts and had 6 top 10’s during the 2020 season.  Her best finishes came during the fall series where she won the Crown Colony Challenge and finished runner-up at the Paragon Casino Championship.
Sarah White (Dallas, TX) returns for the first time since seizing her opportunity last July.  White was the ‘blueprint’ of the 2020 season after finishing 5th at the 2020 Texarkana Children Charities Open to earn exemption into the Founders Tribute for her Symetra Tour debut.  In her debut White would go on to win the Founders Tribute and gain full Symetra Tour status for the remainder of the 2020 season.  White is looking to find her groove after being cut in her two Symetra Tour starts this season.
Jessica Porvasnik (Hinckley, OH) will try to start off her 2021 WAPT the same way as last season, with a victory.  The Ohio State product opened the 2020 season by winning the Coke Dr. Pepper Open.  Porvasnik made 6 of 6 cuts last season with 3 top 10’s.  In her two Symetra Tour starts in 2020 made 1 of 2 cuts and placed T37 at FireKeepers Casino Hotel Championship.

1:00 PM off of No. 1
Greta Voelker (Germany)  will make her second WAPT start after a solid 2020 season on the Symetra Tour.  The Texas Longhorn alumna finished T10 in her only WAPT start in 2020.  Voelker saw success on the Symetra Tour making 5 of 6 cuts and finishing as high as T5 at the IOA Championship last August.
Alexa Pano (a) (Lake Worth, FL) is coming off her week at the second annual Augusta National Women’s Amateur last week.  Pano contended in three WAPT tournaments last season finishing with two runner-ups and a third place performance, showing she is more than able to compete at a professional level.  Pano will be looking for another high finish as she is searching for a Symetra Tour exemption.
Leslie Cloots (Raleigh, NC) is set to make her third WAPT start this week.  The Tarheel alumna made 2 of 2 cuts last year on the WAPT.  Cloots had conditional Symetra Tour status in 2020 and competed in four events.
