After the tenth tournament of the 2021 Women’s All Pro Tour season, the Race to Stage II rankings stayed near the saem towards the top with a few names making their way up the leaderboard.

Jessica Porvasnik (Hinckley, OH)still  holds the No. 1 spot after her win at the Bella Vista Charity Classic and has been playing great golf as of late, posting 3 top-5 finishes in her last 6 starts. Porvasnik has a top-5 spot locked up and is looking to maintain her #1 spot by the end of the week. Ana Paula Valdes (Mexico) made the largest jump in the Race for Stage II heading into the final week. A win for Valdes at the Natchez Golf Classic moved her into 6th place and only 12 points out of 5th. Another strong performance from Valdes should move her into the top-5 and lock up her spot in Stage II.

The Babe Zaharias Open is the final tournament in the Race to Stage II for 2021. Heading into this week the top-3 players seem to be set in stone if they are able to make the cut. The race for the final two spots in the top-5 is close and will come down to the final round this week. Several players are in the hunt (listed above) and many more could sneak their way into the top-5 that are even outside the top-10. Fernanda Lira and Alison Muirhead are not in the field this week meaning they cannot get any more points. It is shaping up to be an exciting week of golf that could have many twists and turns throughout.

Action gets underway at 8:00 A.M. CT the first two days of play. A cut will be made after 54-holes to the top 40% of the starting field, including ties. Amateurs are included in the cut number. The field will be repaired before the final round and players will go off in reverse horseshoe with leaders teeing off last.  A trophy presentation by the clubhouse will follow the final round of play.  Attendance is free to the public.
