PXG Race To Stage II Program Details
In 2021, the WAPT introduced the Race To Stage II. Through our partnership with the LPGA Tour, the Race to Stage II program rewarded our top five (5) members at the season’s end with exemptions to Stage II of the LPGA Q-School.
“Our main goals in partnering with the WAPT are all about developing players and providing playing opportunities,” said Heather Daly-Donofrio, Chief Tour Operations Officer – LPGA. “PXG’s support of the WAPT and the Race to Stage II of the LPGA Qualifying Tournament fits right into these goals to help athletes reach the next level.”
In 2022, PXG became the title sponsor of our Race To Stage II program.“Sometimes all it takes to achieve great things is someone to recognize and support potential,” said Renee Parsons, President and Executive Creative Director of PXG Apparel. “We’ve seen first-hand the incredible work being done by the WAPT and believe that there are a number of women in their program who have the talent and the grit to play at the highest level. We are excited to walk side-by-side with these women this year and offer extra support along the way.”
The PXG Race To Stage II is a season-long points race beginning at the first regular season event, and will conclude at the WAPT Tour Championship. WAPT members only are eligible to receive points, and the PXG Race to Stage II exemptions.
The PXG Race To Stage II program provides the top points winners:
- Exemptions to the top five (5) players to Stage II of the LPGA Q-School
- Q-School entry fees paid for via the PXG Race To Stage II scholarship program.
