THE MISSION

OUR MISSION

The ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour’s mission is to develop the next generation of the LPGA by providing professionals the strongest competition possible. Through the ANNIKA WAPT, we provide a clear Path of the Pros for those aspiring to encompass the meaning of the word “professional”, on and off the course.

Current Goals:
The tour's goal is to provide the best competition to help the next LPGA stars grow and develop as professional golfers. However, being a professional means a lot more than just your play out on the links.  To be a true professional, athletes must be as skilled off the course as they are on the course. At the ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour, the goal is to help athletes develop skills in both aspects of professional life.

ON-COURSE PROFESSIONAL GROWTH
Through tough competition, championship-level courses, and tour-quality course setup, we will help any professional discover and develop the elite parts of their game.

Weekly exemptions into Epson Tour Events help motivate professionals to go low every round not only to hoist the champion’s trophy but also to earn their start at the next level.

The Callaway Race to Stage II showcases a professional's most important skill on the course: consistency. Staying positive, trusting the process, and delivering results week in and week out takes work. The greats of the game all had consistency in their skill sets. The Callaway Race to Stage II helps our athletes develop scoring consistently and rewards those individuals at the end of the season with a chance to play on the Epson Tour.

OFF-COURSE PROFESSIONAL GROWTH
The often overlooked side of being a professional golfer is the auxiliary responsibilities and roles off the course. The life of professionals off the course involves dealings with sponsors, fans, clinics, mentoring programs, training, practice, media and interviews, and events. At the ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour, we host a variety of areas where we can help develop and grow each athlete's toolbelt in these areas.

Through sponsor dinners, Pro-Am events, clinics, and host housing, professionals can grow their networking skills and ability to communicate with sponsors and mentors.

Our Pro-Am events provide a fun atmosphere for tournament sponsors to get to know professionals and a day for professionals to grow their network of contacts and make life-long friendships along the way.

Sponsor dinners and player mixers are great places to spend time with sponsors and fellow athletes away from the golf course, a nice reprieve from competition, and a time to find commonalities.

We host various clinics in every host city. From junior clinics where professionals mentor and inspire the next generation of golfers to “Sip N’ Chips” where women in the community spend an evening learning from professionals while partaking in some spirits and fun conversation

Host housing allows professionals to learn another key aspect of being a professional: fandom. Professionals can stay with a local family through host housing during competition week. Host housing has an amazing impact on the communities we visit, creating life-long friends and fans along the way.

The goal of the ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour is to deliver tour-quality tournaments while providing professional development to each participant of our tour. The Path of the Pros is one of constant growth and development both as a player and a person, and the ANNIKA WAPT aims to help you along the way.
